We are determined to assist you with any special requests you have because we are a Custom Designer Gift Basket Company.

ORDERS
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Baskets are shipped through UPS within 7-9 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. Orders received Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed the next business day. Multiple orders or orders to different addresses must be processed separately. We are not responsible for delays in processing due to transmission delays or technical failures.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Baskets Exotica gladly accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club. These payment forms are processed via Authorize.Net. We will also accept a Cashiers Check or Money Order. Once payment is received your gift will be shipped.

PERISHABLE ITEMS
Food items or perishables can not be returned. We can only ensure the quality of our chocolates and any other perishable items from November 1st to March 1st. Any requests for baskets with these items outside of the months stated will need to be shipped with ice packs to ensure that they arrive fresh. In addition, there will be a fee of $2.00 added to your order.

ENCLOSURE CARDS
An “Enclosure” card will be included with your personalized message of choice in all of our baskets. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

SUBSTITUTIONS
As necessary, we may need to substitute containers or items within your gift baskets to assure freshness and timely delivery. As always, our substitutions will be of equal or greater value without compromising the originality, design, quality or value of your gift.

PACKAGING
Gift items made of glass will be packed separately, stuffed with tissue and/or packaging sleeves to lessen breakage. Baskets are then packed in bubble wrap and/or peanuts and placed in cardboard boxes. Gift items are arranged according the enclosed picture.

SHIPMENT LOCALITIES
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Please be aware that shipment rates are higher for Canada. We do not ship to hospitals nor P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, nor overseas. Please be sure to provide complete and accurate delivery information, including an accurate zip code. We will charge a $15.00 address correction fee if a bad address or zip code is given. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive an email please call to confirm your order if you have not received the email within three business days. Feel free to contact us toll free at 1.877.968.4221 (1.877.XOTICA1)

CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION
If an error occurs with the shipping address, or the shipping address needs to be changed, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly make any necessary changes.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please contact us immediately by calling toll free 1.877.968.4221 (1.877.XOTICA1).

Once your order has been shipped but canceled before delivery, you will only be charged shipping, and a restocking fee of $25.00 if the basket is returned unopened. If these conditions are met the order will be credited back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot under any circumstances honor cancellations of baskets containing perishables.

REFUNDS
We offer refunds for any defective or damaged items as long as the claims are placed within 10 days of the gift being received. We will replace or refund any damaged item within 28 days. See canceling your order above regarding perishables.

DELIVERY TIMES
Local delivery times can be established at the time the order is made. If you place your order before 1:00 p.m., your gift can be delivered the same day within our service area. Privacy Policy
Baskets Exotica will honor your privacy at all times and will not reveal any information regarding our customers to any third party.

Security
The Baskets Exotica servers use a Thawte 128-bit web server certificate, with the highest rated and widest browser coverage, click here to learn more. This ensures that information is kept private while in transit between your web server and your clients' web browsers. Domain and identity authentication and verification are also a feature of our SSL Web Certificate.

SSL is a protocol for securing communication between a web browser, and web server. Whenever you access a web server using https, the page you are sent is encrypted, and any information you send to that server is also encrypted.
